In our sessions, you can expect a space that is kind, supportive, and judgment-free where you’re truly seen and accepted as you are. I bring empathy, honesty, and a healthy dose of humor to the work we do together because life can be heavy and sometimes, a little laughter makes the load feel just a bit lighter.

My approach combines client-centered and trauma-informed therapy, always led by your pace and your priorities. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and experiences that may still be shaping your present, and gently uncover what’s holding you back. Along the way, we’ll build awareness, develop tools that actually work for you, and create a deeper sense of understanding and self-compassion.
