Founder & CEO
Hi! My name is Jennesie Delgado and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and couples through a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. I received my clinical training and Masters of Science at Touro University and have experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, and trauma.

I work with adults of all ages and believe that healing begins with safety, trust, and genuine connection. I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. My work is grounded in the understanding that each person’s story is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet clients where they are and aim to honor their strengths, experiences, and goals.
I feel that every person holds the capacity for growth, and I work collaboratively to help you build insight and meaningful change. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a major life shift, facing difficulties in your relationships, or working through the impact of past trauma, I’m here to support you with compassion and clinical care tailored to your unique needs.

Do you offer in person?
Currently, I am a fully virtual practice using a HIPAA compliant video platform.
What's your cancellation policy?
When needing to cancel a session, clients must give at least 24 hours notice or they will be charged a $75 fee. This fee is not reimbursed by insurance companies. *Exceptions to this policy are explained in informed consent paper work and discussed at our first initial session.
How do I schedule an initial appointment or consultation?
Feel free to reach out through my contact form, email, or phone. I always provide a 15-minute free consultation call before moving forward with scheduling. I’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours to set up a time that works best for you.
